This customer wanted a new interior door installed to provide access to another part of the building. We determined the wall was non load bearing. Then we cut access holes in each space between studs to make sure there were no utilities in the way. Then we snapped a chalk line matching the R.O. required by the door manufacturer. Cut out the dry wall, then studs, and installed the door with new locks.
